Privacy

House of the Pharaohs does not require an account and does not contain advertising, behavioral tracking, or in-app purchases. The museum stores only room-visit progress and offline files on the visitor’s own device. That local information is not transmitted by the app.

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver the site securely. Optional links to external source pages open only when a visitor chooses them and are then governed by the destination website’s privacy practices.

Documentary photographs

Photographs in the Study Collection are associated with Wikimedia Commons records. Each object retains its source-page link, image credit, and license statement inside the object information panel.

Photographs in the Family Egypt Photography Collection were taken by the family during visits in Egypt where photography was permitted. They are included with permission, remain private family photographs with all rights reserved, and do not expose private file paths or personal information.

Interpretive imagery

The cinematic room environments, the Reimagined Masterpieces, and their two-angle object studies are original AI-assisted interpretive images created for this museum. They are clearly distinguished from documentary photographs and are not presented as photographs of archaeological objects or as exact reconstructions of a particular museum display.
